We typically gather items on Monday and ship on Tuesday for delivery before Friday. We use expedited shipping through FedEx and UPS with 2-3 day delivery times. Our packing method can keep meat frozen for up to five days. Meat is frozen, enclosed in a styrofoam cooler, packed with dry ice and/or gel packs, and placed in a cardboard box.
